Reporting problems
In order to properly report problems to us, please provide the information requested below.
Output of /polar version
List of any external software used, such as plugins
Video footage of the problem with alerts and hover debug
Provide statistics about your server, these include:
Total volume of RAM
Amount of players online
Volume of swap memory
Java version, build name, VM type
Provide a list of plugins installed
Provide profiler results (Spark, for example)
PROVE Polar is at fault and not external factors
For other issues, we kindly ask you to elaborate your problem in detail.
